busan stories (easter service)

yesterday was easter... or more accurately easter was yesterday. not sure exactly how it works, but easter falls on the first full moon after march 21st or something like that.

so me and georgia hitched a ride with sarah and jane to church. all was well until we hit the bridge. traffic up the wha-zoo. reminded me of freshman year when we'd leave for church an hour early just to get there in time. there was an accident on the bridge and with no shoulder, they had to close a lane and clean up the mess left behind. well, we finally got to church. sarah and i proceeded to pull up a chair in the back. but we were asked to sit somewhere else? where you may ask? in two rows of mini-van seats that were in the back. hahahaaha!!! i was a little irked by it at first, but they were hella comfy. besides not being able to see the speaker too well, it was pretty nice. funny part was seeing slum sit down right next to us. his knees were right next to his ears. hahahaha!!!

i miss the time we used to have between bible study and service. just getting into the sanctuary and sitting there quietly for service to start.
